How to Apply
Applications are accepted only through this website. The whole process is online and takes about ten minutes on a mobile phone. Read the official notification for the post you are applying to before you begin.
A short walkthrough of the application form, from the Bhartiya Aviation Services channel. The steps below say the same thing in writing.
Enter your name, date of birth, email and mobile number. There is no code to wait for and no password to create — the application form opens straight away.
Start registrationGive your personal details, address, education and exam centre preference, then upload your photograph and signature. Your progress is saved as you go, so you can finish later on the same number.
Open the formPay the examination fee (including GST) online to complete your application. The amount is shown before you pay, and your Registration Number is issued as soon as the payment is confirmed — the application is not complete until then.
Go to dashboardLog in any time to download your application copy, and your admit card, result, interview call letter and joining letter as each is released.
About admit cardsYou will need to upload two images during the form. Have them ready on your phone before you begin.
Selection is on merit. No agent, consultant or individual is authorised to collect money, commission or charges on behalf of BAS, and BAS never asks for money by call or SMS. The only fee is the examination fee paid online through this site — the amount is shown on the payment page, and nothing else is ever payable.
Results are published by roll number only — BAS never publishes candidate names. If anyone offers you a seat, a selection letter or a job in exchange for payment, report it to the helpline on 8447‑58‑8447, 8447‑79‑8447, 8447‑58‑8446.
