
Important Instructions for Candidates
Candidates are advised to read the following instructions carefully before appearing for the Examination. Failure to comply with these instructions may result in disqualification or cancellation of candidature.

1. Admit Card & Identity Verification
Carry a printed copy of the Admit Card downloaded from the official website of Bhartiya Aviation Services (BAS).Bring one recent passport-size photograph, identical to the photograph uploaded during the online application process. This photograph will be affixed to the Attendance Sheet.Carry one original, valid, and non-expired Government-issued Photo Identity Proof. Any one of the following will be accepted:2. Reporting at the Examination Centre
Report to the Examination Centre at the reporting time mentioned on the Admit Card.Entry to the Examination Centre will close 30 minutes before the commencement of the Examination.Late entry will not be permitted under any circumstances.Candidates are advised to visit the Examination Centre in advance, if possible, and plan their travel accordingly.3. Inside the Examination Hall
Produce your Admit Card whenever requested by the Examination Authorities.Occupy only the seat allotted to you immediately after entering the Examination Hall.Changing your allotted seat or Examination Hall without permission will be treated as the use of unfair means and will lead to immediate cancellation of candidature.Follow all instructions issued by the Centre Superintendent and Invigilators throughout the Examination.All rough work must be done only on the rough sheets provided by the Examination Authorities and must be returned before leaving the Examination Hall.Candidates shall not leave the Examination Hall before the completion of the Examination unless permitted by the Centre Superintendent or Invigilator.Candidates are strictly prohibited from carrying any unauthorized or prohibited items inside the Examination Centre or Examination Hall. Possession or use of such items may result in immediate cancellation of candidature and disciplinary action.
Bags, luggage, and other personal belongings are not permitted inside the Examination Centre. BAS shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought to the venue.
Only candidates possessing a valid Admit Card will be permitted to enter the Examination Centre. Friends, relatives, guardians, or accompanying persons will not be allowed inside the Examination Premises or permitted to contact candidates during the Examination.
The issue of an Admit Card does not automatically confirm eligibility. BAS reserves the right to cancel or withdraw candidature at any stage if a candidate is found to be ineligible or has submitted false, fabricated, misleading, or forged information or documents. Such candidates may also be debarred from future examinations or recruitment processes conducted by BAS.
Candidates shall appear for the Examination at their own expense. No Travelling Allowance (TA), Dearness Allowance (DA), accommodation, or any other reimbursement shall be provided by BAS.
In the event of any dispute, ambiguity, or interpretation relating to eligibility, examination rules, instructions, registration, or any other matter connected with the recruitment process, the decision of Bhartiya Aviation Services (BAS) shall be final, binding, and conclusive on all candidates.
